By Paulette Mason

Making family memories for your children are what vacations are all about. It is a time of bonding ad capturing fun filled adventures together. Choosing one of the Cabo San Lucas all inclusive family resorts helps take away the stress of planning meals and activities to do each day.

All inclusive means most if not all of your meals are prepared for you at certain times throughout the day and there is even a chef on staff if there is something the children or you may need in between meal times. Upon arrival the big kitchen is stocked full of snacks, fresh foods and tasty beverages with all of this included in your daily rate.

To plan your adventures for each day you will find tours are great and efficient ways to do a lot of things at lower costs. On the sea go swimming with sea lions and dolphins and snorkeling with the brilliantly colored tropical fish. If you want a more detailed look into the depths of the sea a scuba trip can also be added in.

On the ocean and under it tours include whale watching, snorkeling, Kayaks, the sea lion colony and even swim with the majestic dolphins. If you are up for it you can even take the family on para-sail rides as well as swimming in the clear blue sea among tropical fish. There is also zip-lining and ATV excursions available for older children and the adults in your group.

For the men in your family ATV tours are available in side by side 4x4's dad can drive and children can ride safely beside him. The art galleries in the villages around Cabo are truly amazing and full of the history and culture of Mexico. Take the tour to La Paz and enjoy panoramic views wherever you look as well as the beautiful and architecturally historic Cathedral Neustra Senora de La Paz.

There are several options for fishing charters and tours ranging from small to larger excursions. The town and surrounding villages offer all types of shopping from cultural Mexican arts and crafts to more kitschy items. To really give the kids a fun filled time go on a camel back ride along the beach. This will have them definitely emailing friends to tell them about it.

Before your vacation time ends be sure you and the whole family visit Iglesia de San Lucas a which was built in the 1730's as a Spanish Missionary church. It is still the church of San Lucas and is almost exactly as it was when first erected. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants in the lovely plaza which surrounds it too.

Try not to schedule your vacation dates between December and April as this is the busiest time and the highest rates are in effect then too. May through June are perfect less busy and lower rated months for the entire family to visit. Plus the beaches and the sea life are much more active during this time as it's not too cold and not too hot but just right. Memories will be made here in Mexico and families will become even stronger with time well spent with one another.
