Autism or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) as it is usually referred to is a lifelong and progressive disease. It affects an individuals ability to communicate effectively with others and form relationships with people. There is no cure for it and it is usually picked up within the first few years of a person's life. There are certain companies that cater to the needs of these people, such as the Disney World autism team.

People of ages suffer from this disorder. It doesn't matter who you are and where you come from, it can affect anyone. There is no way of telling who will be unfortunate enough to suffer from this brain disease and who won't. Neither is there any way of preventing it from happening to an unborn child.

The disorder affects they way in which a person communicates with others and they way in which they form relationships. These people also difficulty in understanding or comprehending certain concepts in life. There is sadly no cure for this and nothing that can be done as the disorder is degenerative and progressive in nature.

Individuals from all over the world suffer from this disorder. It doesn't matter in which part of the world you are born in. Some people are under the impression that children born in under developed countries are more prone to being born with this disorder, however, there are no facts that support this belief and as far as medical doctors know it is a disease that can affect anyone, anywhere in the world.

This is a disorder that people are born with. There is no preventative measures that can keep a child from being born with this condition. People in countries that are not well developed may mistake it for something else, however, if you know the symptoms that are accompanied by this brain disorder you will be bale to pick up who has it and who doesn't.

It is not clear as to what brings on this disorder and how to avoid it, however, it is not the end of the world. Parents who are not enlightened, could blame themselves, thinking that it is something that they did to cause it or bring it on, however, this is not true and there is no proven reason for this condition. Life still goes on and these people can still live long lives.

More research is continuously being done in an effort to better understand autism and how to cope with it. As a result more parents are venturing out with their children and trying to lead their lives as normally and happily as they possibly can, given the situation.

If you have a child that is suffering from ASD, then you need yo read up and enlighten yourself about the condition. This will help you to cope with the disorder and give you motivation to go on. You don't need to give up hope if you have children who have this disorder. There is hope for a better life, but you need to be positive and make the best of the situation.
