Seattle's Monumental Monuments

Seattle, Washington is amongst the most unique and distinguished locations in the United States. With all types of conveniences, visitor attractions and career opportunities, the city of Seattle has lots to offer to many folks. The town of Seattle is one of the most popular holiday destinations and is also among the top places to live. Like plenty of other metro areas, the community of Seattle has many tourist attractions and landmarks that appeal to visitors. One of the most interesting landmarks in the town are the monuments in Seattle. The monuments in Seattle offer very interesting perspectives for travelers when they are in Seattle. The various Seattle monuments allow visitors to get a particularly lasting impression of the town.

Smith Tower Observation Deck

This monument is found on Seattle's Second Avenue and was erected in 1914. Smith Tower is more popularly known as Seattle's fave building among both residents and tourists. With the Smith Tower people will be in a position to get great views of Seattle's waterfront, mountain and downtown areas. One of the features of the Smith Tower is that it is one of the planet's tallest buildings and the tallest building in the US outside of NY City. Going to the Smith Tower is really worth the trip.

The Space Needle

This is undoubtedly one of the nation's most noted and distinguished monuments. It is found on Broad Street and was built in 1962 for the World Fair. This monument is amongst the most unique and appealing in the world. Folk can take the elevator when entering the monument and go up to 525 feet in only 41 seconds. When they get to the top they'll be ready to get to the observation platform and see for a great distance. The great view offered to travellers are the Elliot Bay, Pudget Sound, Lake Union and the total downtown of Seattle. At the Space Needle, patrons who enter the structure are able to use complimentary Swarovski Telescopes that provide magnified views of Seattle and its natural surroundings. This monument also has a restaurant named Sky City and a section that shows historic facts about Seattle.

Boeing Factory

This monument is the HQ and producing center for the famous Boeing Airplanes Co. When visiting the factory people are able to go on tours and view the 747, 767, and 777 Boeing airplanes at their varied steps in production. The building is among the most sizable worldwide. With the Boeing factory, folk will be in a position to have accessibility to one of the unique monuments in Seattle.

Visiting Seattle is always a very delightful experience for many folks. The town offers many things worth doing and places to see. One of the best types of places to see in Seatttle are the monuments. The monuments offer visitors an opportunity to see some of the most widely recognized monuments in not simply the nation, but in the whole world.
