Machu Picchu Iguazu Falls Tours Are The Best Way To See These Wonders

By Linda Ruiz

South America is synonymous with adventure. It's thick jungles, rugged mountains and mysterious ancient cultures have been attracting adventurers for centuries. The continent is huge so fitting in the highlights can be time consuming and expensive. An organised tour is a great way to have an adventure and see the highlights. Machu Picchu Iguazu Falls tours have the best of Argentina and Peru in one easy trip.

Machu Picchu is on the bucket list of many of us. The ancient Inca citadel is the stuff of legend and is still puzzling scholars and visitors with its mysterious structures. Nobody knows exactly why it was built and what it was used for so a guided trip is a fantastic mystery tour. Archaeological work is carried out all the time so new ideas and new findings are constantly enriching the story.

Peru is one of the most interesting countries in the world with an incredible variety of wildlife and cultural activities. A trip to Machu Picchu starts off from the old Inca capital city, Cusco. It is high in the Andes mountains and a beguiling mixture of the old & new. Indigenous culture is still everywhere along with modern hotels and restaurants.

Aguas Calientes is the town closest to the Machu Picchu. It has a tropical feel as the area is in the high jungle. Tours can either visit for the day or stay in the town and enjoy the hummingbirds, orchids and the hot springs.

Argentina is a more developed country on the whole than Peru, but it is no less exciting. Buenos Aires, the capital is the most cultural and European city in the Americas and has everything you would expect from such a city and more. Tango originated here and there are still traditional dance clubs with shows and lessons for those who want to have a go.

The forest around the river is rich with wildlife, plants and trees. Toucans can be seen in the trees and you will have to watch out the playful coati don't steal your lunch. The forest has several kilometers of well made trails to enjoy so it is easy to spend a couple of days exploring the area.

These days South America is considered a largely safe destination but it is not as developed as other destinations in Asia, Europe and the United States. Travelling independently can be challenging and time consuming, especially if you do not speak Spanish. Taking an organised tour is the perfect way to see exactly what you want without the hassle.

Organised trips are a great way to see everything you want without the hassle. Having an experienced guide will make your trip smoother and more interesting. They know all the best places and the shortcuts and tricks that will make your holiday truly memorable. Visiting both Argentina and Peru in one trip can be simple and problem free.
